How do I report a new issue?

Simply log in to your dashboard and click the 'New Report' button. You can upload photos, set categories, and track the resolution status in real-time.

Who can see my reports?

By default, your reports are visible to your community residents and the management unit. You can also choose to post to the public feed to gain more attention.

What is the 'CSM Rank'?

Your rank is based on your contribution to the community. Upvoting helpful issues, reporting resolved problems, and engaging in constructive discussions increases your standing.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and Firebase Authentication to ensure your personal details and account access remain protected.
